My Organic Healthy protein shake
1/2 cup of organic blueberries (antioxidants and for better taste)
1 whole banana (potassium supplement and of course for taste)
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon (taste,Vitamins C and K,Iron,Fiber)
2 Tablespoons of Organic Natural Whey Protein (helps build up muscle)
2 RAW organic eggs if you want the extra protein and vitamins (you shouldn’t get salmonella from anything organic,they don’t sit in freezers for months before hitting your local grocery store.)
2 or 3 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Seed Meal (Omega 3,Fiber)
1/2 cup of Kefir or Goats Milk (depending on how you want it to taste and how you want the consistency,goats milk is a little thinner,and kefir is a thicker yogurt based drink.) Kefit contains live cultures though which is really good for your digestive system,and it also contains a lot of vitamins.
put all of these together and enjoy.
